Jenkins Build support in Atlassian Stash Pull Request rules

Description

We use Atlassian’s Stash git repo and they don’t out the box offer Jenkins support on the Pull Requests. It would be nice to require that Pull Requests along with approvals have the ability to check the number of Jenkins successful builds.

I just tried out this Jenkins plugin and it migh tdo the trick.

StashNotifier works just fine, I'm using it about a year
