The ,log doesn't contain any information in relation to this plugin.
Is it possible for you to share the catalina.out with me directly? Hopefully this contains more details.
And sorry for me late response.
I recently sold my apartment and had to do a lot surrounding that.

The catalina.out file is too large to attach. I have attached the atlassian-jira.log. See the attachment.

We have configured Jenkins plugin for JIRA and everything is working as expected but the syncing of Jenkins build jobs are not syncing as expected in the hourly sync.
I have to "manually sync" the jobs in JIRA all the time.
