Improve handling of deleted jobs

The add-on in JIRA doesn't delete jobs that are deleted/renamed in Jenkins. But it doesn't take this into account well enough.

Especially on the administrator page and in the synchronization process handling could be improved.

Also look into the other locations where the job data is shown to see how best to indicate if a job was deleted or not, and maybe even remove the information all together if there is no benefit.
