When a Job is deleted in Jenkins it will never be synchronized again until there is a full site sync performed. This can take a long time if the Jenkins add-on is used in the integration resulting in 404 links being generated for those deleted jobs.
Therefore Jenkins should notify Jira when ever a Job is deleted so this state can be persisted in Jira. It could also include build deletion notifications as well so Jira doesn't have to wait for the job sync to mark builds as deleted.
