Its has not been found how, but it is possible for jobs to get duplicated within the add-on. As a result the site linked to the job can no longer be synchronized. This also effects jobs that have a duplicate sub job.
When synchronizing of jobs should account for possible duplicates and delete one of the duplicates to eventually clean up the data.
