Technical and functional test pas on a Jira 8 Server instance, but the Data Center tests fail. This is likely because the Server instance tests use a pre-beaked in-memory database for the tests and the Data Center tests use a Postgres export from Jira 7.2.
The Data Center tests should be updated to use a Jira 8 export for Jira 8 and newer.
