Improve support for Jira issue extraction in branch names

Description

Currently Jira issue extraction support for branch names is limited in that the job name should be the same as the branch name. But this is not always the case.

Git adds build details actions to a build that is already requested by the Jira app. This information could be parsed as well to get branch names and use them also for extracting Jira issue keys.
