Make 'Manage Sites' the page that users go to when clicking the 'Configure' button

Or have the configure button navigate to the Configuration page, but add the get started button to navigate to the manage sites page

Currently users are forwarded to the App Configuration page after installing the app and clicking on the ‘Configure’ button. It would be better to forward them to the ‘Manage Sites’ page instead.
